August 2024We got married here in July 2024. From start to finish the team at the Swan hotel fulfilled absolutely everything that we could have dreamed of for our fabulous wedding day. No request was too big for them. The communication from the team throughout was consistently quick and having one point of contact was really helpful. We had the most magical wedding day and can’t recommend this venue enough. We also visited the venue prior to our wedding for a spa break and had a wonderful time, the spa is clean and so relaxing! Having stayed in both a standard double room and the wedding suite I can say the cleanliness is exceptional and both rooms provided a more than comfortable stay. Highly recommend for spa / stay / wedding!

September 2024Me and my friend came for a 2 hour thermal spa day with afternoon tea and we had a lovely time. The spa was so beautiful, it’s the first spa I’ve been to where everything was really aesthetically pleasing. The changing rooms were pristine too which is so important! When you walk into the spa you get given iced lemon water which is exactly what you want then you get to enjoy the spa for two hours. You are able to order drinks too the spa too which we did and the lovely lady didn’t charge us as it was my friends birthday which is so lovely! The afternoon tea at Anna’s also didn’t disappoint, unlimited tea and coffee comes with the afternoon tea and the food was absolutely brilliant, would definitely recommend!

September 2024We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bedford Swan Hotel, and it was nothing short of brilliant! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the Thermal Spa. The pools and thermal areas provided the perfect environment for unwinding. To top it off, Anna’s Café was the perfect spot to unwind further. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, and the food was delicious. We had a great time, and we’re already planning our next visit. The Bedford Swan Hotel, Thermal Spa, and Anna’s Café are absolute gems! Highly recommended!

August 2024We had a good stay, the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. We did have a bit of a disturbed sleep due to loud air-conditioning system which hummed even when turned off. Hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. The spa was excellent and good value for money. We felt very relaxed and refreshed after visiting.

August 2024We booked a Spa and Afternoon Tea package, too celebrate a friends 60th Birthday. Had no confirmation of our booking, so had to chase with emails, phone calls. Spa was disappointing as one of the sauna rooms was not in action. Also the cool flannels were not replaced, neither were the cups at the water dispenser and both quickly ran out, being a busy Saturday afternoon. Also in the changing rooms, there was barely any shampoo and zero conditioner in the pump dispensers, so I could not wash my hair adequately. The hair dryer would only blow out cold air, too, so had to go to my Afternoon Tea with dripping wet, tangled hair, not a good look. The Afternoon Tea was the best part of our day, food choices were fresh and well presented and catered for my vegetarian friend well. Good choice of teas. The waitress was lovely and kept checking if we needed anything else. However, we got home only to have a missed call and voicemail from The Swan accusing is off leaving without paying for our Afternoon Tea. My friend who booked and paid via her credit card was dumbstruck! Apparently, the Admin person had not marked our booking as paid. How insulting!
