Lovely afternoon at Sulgrave Manor. Well explained history of George Washington, useful information and fascinating talk. The staff couldn't have been more delightful and welcoming. The garden is beautiful. Afterwards went to the saxon church in the village where the family is commemorated. Very worthwhile.

A great little place to visit in Sulgrave. Once the home George Washington"s family. If you are interested there is also the remains of a castle in the village.
