This centre is in a prime position on Pavilion Drive in Northampton's premier business park alongside the corporate offices of some of the world's largest financial companies. There are superb views from the offices at the rear of the building, which overlooks the nearby Delapre Park and golf course. Northampton is one of the largest towns in the centre of England. It has excellent road and rail links and a vibrant community for both business and leisure. In the past it was a major centre for shoemaking and other leather industries but only a few specialist companies survive in this sector today. Northampton's main private-sector employers are now in distribution and finance. The university is another major employer. In recent years there has been a significant investment in regeneration projects in the town, including waterside developments, road and leisure projects and a facelift for Northampton's famous market square.
The space is 17 sqm and benefits from natural daylight.

Regus Northampton has proven to be an extremely disappointing choice for office space, particularly due to poor management. The manager lacks essential managerial skills, and despite raising two significant security concerns over the past three months, none have been adequately addressed. and our office number in Northampton is 114, Here are the specific issues: Key Security Concerns: Office Access Left Unsecured Over Holiday Periods During a recent bank holiday weekend, our office space was left unlocked and accessible from Friday until the following Tuesday morning when I returned. This breach left our business vulnerable, especially given the sensitive nature of our work. Missing Item Disrupting Business Operations On another occasion, a vital item went missing, halting our operations until the receptionist, Kate, lent us a charger so we could power our business phone. This incident highlighted the lack of adequate security and directly impacted our business continuity. I informed the front desk team that we would not continue with the office space under these conditions. They advised that I could end the contract upon receiving a renewal email, which has been the standard process during my time here. However, I never received a renewal or reminder email. Instead, the manager is now telling me that my contract auto-renewed and that I am required to comply, despite these ongoing issues and lack of communication. In her email, the manager claims that the security issues have been resolved, even suggesting it was acceptable that our item went missing. Regus Northampton has failed to address our concerns, and I would caution anyone considering office space here. A meeting was set up by one of the regus managers. He was very rude and didn't have information about my concerns, renewal, and in all he hung up on me???? Is this one of the duties of a manager?
