November 2024I stopped here for a bite to eat and use the facilities. A friendly member of the team (Sky) approached to ask if everything was ok. I've never had that happen before. Sure it's common in a restaurant or a café, but in decades of using motorway services, that's never happened before. And why hasn't it until now?

October 2024I stopped for a quick 45-minute break in the lorry car park. Horrible smell and pot holes everywhere... Disappointed with the female toilets too, there was a very strong smelling of urine, and the floor had bits of water leaking from the sinks in a few places, not on the picture. Overall Disappointed with the above facilities. I'm leaving a 2* since I ordered a quick bite from MacDonalds, and the food was super fresh and hot 🔥 .
