This is our meeting room available for bookings.
It is a very generously sized room that can comfortably accommodate
50+ guests. It has an extra-large projector installed for use which is
perfect for presentations, talks or training people. We have tables
that can be placed in the room however suits your booking needs should
you require them and plenty of seating available for the room (that is
easily moved around however you wish it to be set up). There is also a
chalkboard on the wall, perfect for those old-style presentations –
we’ve found some of our groups love this for the nostalgic feel and
keeps them interested and engaged.

We’ve had many different types of groups book this room – training and
education classes, fitness classes, brainstorming sessions, Bedford’s
first-ever Geek Night (with well over 50 attendees!) – the possibilities
are endless and all down to your desires and creativity.
