Sprowston Manor is my favourite place to stay whenever I visit Norwich as it's only a 10 - 15 minute drive into the city center. The rooms are spacious & always super clean, & the beds are gigantic! It's actually tempting to spend my stay in bed watching tv (which is also pretty big compared to other hotels I've stayed at). I love that hotel guests can use the pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room! On certain days they do hold water aerobics classes & children's swimming lessons so I'd recommend avoiding those times if you're looking to relax. The staff are always smiling & friendly, & happy to assist even with the smallest of requests such as calling for a taxi. Big thanks to Sprowston Manor & I'll see you again on my next visit! 🙌

Only came here with my mum for a spa day, really great facilities and we had a full body aromatherapy massage. My masseuse Lily was fantastic! She applied medium pressure when massaging me and it felt perfect. I felt so relaxed afterwards.

Room was ok, but the it was filled with spider cobs around all windows, in and outside the room. The minibar sounded like an old Diesel engine, so turned it off. I do like the older hotels, and I am aware they are not too fancy, but this could have been better. There was a lot of staff, who are very friendly. The couches at the bar are not for long people, but that was no problem.

Stayed for a work Christmas function the hotel is lovely, staff were very helpful, the parking was easy due to it's out of town location. The food at the function was ok, nothing to write home about at all .... the breakfast was good, the room was very comfortable and large, and everything was clean as a whistle. I would say it's not a cheap hotel and tbh the price charged even with the function discount was not proportional to the hotel facilities n standard I have stayed in more luxurious hotels for a lot less cost.

Sprowston Manor is beautiful, there is no doubt. A big group of us went for our Christmas do and it was good value for money and the food was good. Staff were really friendly and the bar staff accommodating. The biggest gripe I would have is the rooms need money spent on them. We had a standard double room which had a huge TV, an AC unit and a massive bed however it was properly cleaned. The bath mat that was rolled up and left in the shower had black mould on the bottom of it. There was a filter (cigarette sleeve)just under the bed. The wall paper was peeling and the furniture was quite wobbly. We only had 2 pillows on the bed and couldn’t find anymore. Usually hotels have water glasses but this just had 2 cups to make tea/coffee in and a little plastic cup in the bathroom for when you brush your teeth. As I said, the place itself is beautiful and we had a lovely evening but just the rooms let it down.
