Cancellation policy
Bookings Policy Pre-authentication Card authentication may be required for larger bookings, to secure your booking. No charge will be made in advance. Failure to arrive or cancel within 24 hours / 7 days depending on number of guests on the day booking date may incur a per person charge, as specified during the booking journey. Deposits Semi private hires and full venue hires may require deposit to be paid to secure booking alongside contract signed. If your booking is cancelled with more then 14 days ( for semi private areas) and 28 days ( for full venue hires) notice, in writing deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days / 28 days * will result in forfeiture of the deposit. *Between 17/11/2025 and 24/12/2025, this will increase to 6 weeks for full venue hires. Cancellations by venue The venue reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time and will give fair notice to the main booking contact where possible. In these instances, bookings will be offered alternative arrangements or refunds if necessary.

February 2025Beautiful place to go, it is expensive but it’s beautiful. I would 100% recommend. They have a roof terrace where you can overlook monument. Staff are friendly and super chill and the restaurant itself is quite nice will say though that you have to walk up three flights of stairs to get into the restaurant itself

The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was lovely and we were fortunate to be seated at a table overlooking the Monument, offering splendid views of the city centre. The environment was beautiful, and the extensive selection of food and drinks added to the delightful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking quality food in a charming setting.

January 2025I loved the central location in Newcastle's city center and the building itself is amazing. Inside, there's a stunning glass ceiling that makes you feel like you're in a giant, chic birdcage. The vibe and atmosphere are fantastic, and the service is friendly and attentive. However, the food was disappointing—bland and mediocre overall. I would have loved a bit more vegetarian options as well. The only highlight for me was the hot cookie dough dessert, which I had never tried before and absolutely loved, addictive. Come here for the unique ambiance and vibes, but not for a memorable culinary experience.

March 2025Disappointing experience today. Service was very slow (no tables available in the restaurant (all were reserved) so we had to sit in the bar. The queue for the bar was very long (about 3 bartenders all with individual queues). Music was very loud making it hard to communicate with bartenders and to have conversations. A very uncomfortable atmosphere with smoke and loud noise. Food came out quick and was tasty. Service could be improved as we had to seek out a waiter to get plates and sauces for our kebabs.
