4 night break in an accessible room as I'm in a wheelchair The room was a little tight for the wheelchair although the bathroom was excellent for my disability. Sevice at reception, staffing restaurant, and bar were attentive and really helpful One complaint only a little one was the inaccessible to the lower levels of the restaurant as there were steps which prevented getting a wheelchair down It would have been nice to have breakfast in the conservatory in the morning sun. Overall, this didn't spoil my 4 night break as the location was perfect Restaurant Food was excellent, which enhanced my stay.

The room was very nice with a wet room, king size bed, flat screen TV and hospitality tray. We were on a bed and breakfast basis. The restaurant is open to non residents and we thought it was a little over priced, we can recommend afternoon cake and coffee. Would recommend this hotel.

Friendly welcome. Delicious evening meal and looked after by Lexa and Claire, who are a credit to the hotel staff. The bed was very comfortable 😀 , but the loo seat kept falling down when hubby went for a wee so needs attention. We will definitely stay again 🙂

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious and the food is really good. Staff are very friendly. Had an unusual issue with the night porter on the first night. We arrived at 11pm. He, for some reason decided to start knocking on people’s doors. Eventually the police arrived to stop him. But was very annoying to hand over statements at 11pm. However the rest of the week was fine.
