DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH REGUS. I was meant to start with them in November. They sent me a contract to sign which had incorrect information and the wrong company on it. I informed them and they said it's an issue with their system. They insisted I should sign it and they will amend it their side and send me a copy. I'm a new business owner and they saw I was still naive and decided to take advantage of it. They told me the office I signed for wasn't going to be ready till February so they will give me a temporary office to use and in return remove the deposit as I now had to start in December due to their issues. I lost a month of business. I moved in December and paid. They even insisted I paid them first month's rent before i move in which is standard and they sent me the invoice. I paid December and January. When it got to February and moved In to the office I originally signed for they sent me an email from the legal team saying I owe them for December and January. When I queried this they said that the payments were for February office only and they insinuated I used the room for free. I reminded them that the only reason I went to the other office is because they made sign for the office when it wasnt ready. The office manager Nadia started denying and manipulating the narrative. That's when she brought out the contracts. It turns out that the who issues with the contract was a scam for them to change the information while they claimed they were sending the newer version. They do this when you've already signed. The whole thing is a SCAM. When I told them it's better we go to court the office manager tried to Intimidate me saying that Regus is a big company with many offices and there's nothing I can do. If you want to book for the day fine but don't bother for long term rentals as they keep adding strange extra fees each time and they will gaslight you. The people here are people who have hit trapped in yearly contracts and want to leave as soon as it finishes. There are many empty rooms. This company only cares about it's pockets. Not treating customers with respect.
