Brilliant hotel. Have no complaints! Service was excellent the staff had exceptional customer care. Rooms were perfect for the price and had plenty to do within to hotel. Kids corner, restaurant, swimming pool even an ice cream stand! House keeping were great, they were very professional and clean, always saw rooms being cleaned and staff are always around if needed. Room ventilation and air cooling is spot on for the current weather cycle. Location is also great, only a 5/10min drive away from shopping centres and supermarkets.

We had an exceptional stay at hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting environment from the moment we arrived. Its convenient location made it easily accessible, and the amenities were outstanding for the price. We especially enjoyed the well-maintained pool, relaxing sauna, and fully-equipped gym, all of which added great value to our stay. A special mention goes to Arun, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Clean, well managed and maintained. Good sized rooms and pleasant dining and bar area. Surprisingly endowed with a lovely indoor swimming pool. If you need air-conditioning the rooms only have ventilation from the ducting but that was my room. Reasonable prices and placed a mile from the centre of Milton Keynes in a quiet area. Not bad for a chain. Not disappointed at anything during my stay. All you can eat breakfast buffet with a comprehensive choice of foods for all tastes. Thanks.

Welcoming Reception staff and check in was a breeze. The room was perfect for what I needed, a large desk and a comfy bed. The only issue I had was the lack of bedside plugs to charge my phone but that's only a minor issue. The bar and restaurant staff were really friendly and the food was excellent. Breakfast had a great variety from croissants to fresh pancakes, full English or cereals. I would definitely use again if I was in the area.

The room smelt of stale cigarettes, so much that when I got home my partner could smell it on my clothes. The shower wouldn’t switch from the bath tap mode. I’m sure the rooms were nice in mid 90s, but are now very dated. The bedding and towels looked fresh and clean. The bar food, fish and chips was average at best, but quite expensive. The hotel staff seemed polite and helpful. I wouldn’t stay again.
