March 2025The hotel is always so accommodating, lovely staff and lovely food. Nice clean rooms and nice decor. The staff are always so kind and helpful. In particular I wanted to point out one staff member called Anusila who went above and beyond to accommodate our large party. We were celebrating a birthday and she made it extra special for us! Absolute gem at Novotel! Highly recommend x

February 2025We stayed at Novotel Milton Keynes for one night during the kids' half-term and had a great experience. The children loved the pool, and the stay was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel was clean, family-friendly, and well-equipped for a short getaway. Would definitely stay again!

February 2025The room was lovely. However swimming pool was full of kids as there was some toddler group going on, was advised to go later but as we had a dinner booked that wasn’t possible. Because of this we got a tiny corner of the pool which I think it’s a bit out of order as this is a hotel and not a public pool and I seriously doubt those parents have paid over £100 like I did. Not to mention that the so called sauna wouldn’t get above 40 degrees. Breakfast was okay, not the best, not the worst, was very disappointed as there was no apple juice and the machine for it wasn’t working. I was also a bit mad as I was getting ready for dinner and a random alarm kept going off for seemingly no reason and wasn’t addressed by anyone. Overall the stay was okay but it was for my birthday so disappointed is an understatement. A real shame.

January 2025We booked here due to the location, but on arrival and entering our room, it was freezing cold. The duvets were just not thick enough, we all had to sleep in jumpers, hats and gloves. The pool was a good bonus for the morning and at least warmed us up, and the breakfast was good including offering gluten free items.

February 2025This place is a total time capsule—in the worst way possible. It feels like stepping into a rundown hotel from the 60s or 80s that hasn’t seen a single upgrade since. The rooms are disgustingly outdated. The carpet was so nasty I had to lay down towels just to walk around. The shower? A complete nightmare—no ventilation, so the entire room turned into a steam box. The shower unit itself was a joke, barely functional, and the flush? Good luck getting it to work properly. Let’s talk about convenience—or rather, the lack of it. No bedside plugs, only on an ancient desk that looks like it was stolen from a cheap 70s office. The key card system is beyond frustrating—took 10 attempts to open the door, and at one point, it wouldn’t open at all. Oh, and if you value sleep, forget about it. The constant noises at night will keep you up, adding to the overall miserable experience. This place is in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Until then, avoid at all costs. Pictures to follow.
