I'm here for 4 nights. Reception girls are lovely and professional. The room is clean, hard work for the chamber maids. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits in room. My only moan is if you want a relaxing bath after a long drive, there's no soap, unless you stand up to pump the shower gel. Not reachable in the bath. Maybe just leave a complimentary soap.

It's a perfectly good hotel for a business trip but it's got a bit of a dated feel to it. Buttons in the lift missing, bathroom decor old and worn and Artex ceilings. It was comfortable and clean though. Breakfast was also fine but not amazing. Coffee from automated machine wasn't good. Croissants were the super small ones and a bit dry. It was about £150 for the night on a Wednesday, so quite expensive for the quality I think.

I found the room lovely and spacious for the price. There is no fridge but there is coffee, water, tea and biscuits. The location is great and the onsite bar is lovely. My room was nice and clean. I couldn't hear my neighbours except when they are in the hallway and the hotel seemed quiet enough. The breakfast has a good selection and the dining area wasn't too crowded in the morning. The elevator makes a worrying noise and the light flickers as the lift sometimes shakes which was a bit scary. Also the bathroom does not come with anything complimentary. If you forget toothpaste or a toothbrush you have to go down and buy from the lobby, I found that a bit scabby but other than that I cant fault the place. I would stay here again.
Absolutely Dragulous
Please be aware before booking!!! We’ve stayed here twice and the rooms and hotel are fine! DO NOT PARK IN MIDSUMMER BOULEVARD CAR PARK OPPOSITE THE HOTEL!!! I’ve seen several reports of windows being smashed and car break ins.. our car was broken into last night and several expensive things stolen which have now made it difficult for us to do our jobs… Hopefully the hotel see this and put a poster up stating about break ins..
