June 2024Had a great experience here. Stayed overnight for an all day conference held at the hotel. Rooms are great, spacious and clean. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Conference facilities were great. Food tasted lovely. Good location as only short walk from Piccadilly train station

September 2024I stayed at the Novotel Manchester Centre for two nights when attending a conference nearby. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and friendly, and all the check-in, check-out processes ran smoothly. My room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfy! Blackout curtains and a perfect sleep made me not want to get up in the morning, but alas I was there on business and not able to sleep in too late! I would definitely stay again, and would recommend to others based on the location and quality of service. I didn't have breakfast but I did have an evening meal there one night; I chose fish and chips and it was delicious. Thank you to all who made my stay seamless and enjoyable.

June 2024Location of the hotel is great! Rooms were standard. Clean and tidy. The initial lobby service could be better. Little to no communication from the guy behind the desk as he sorted our room key card. We had no cot in the room, despite having requested it and having it confirmed at the desk - only to then have the guy drop it off in the room a little later. This just needed to be communicated, as it would have saved confusion. Otherwise, I'll definitely book the hotel stay again (if hubby does any more running events) 😊

August 2024I stay here each time I go to Manchester as my Son lives there and usually its great but this time it was just me and my 2 daughters and I had to pay for 2 rooms as the app wouldn't let me book for 3 in a room even though it caters for 4 people. When i got there I explained that I only needed the 1 room but as my daughters are over 16 (19 & 21) that we couldn't have 1 room as the sofa bed is small for an adult which is absolutely ridiculous!! The sofa beds are in fact the same length as the beds and I told her I would be sleeping with my kids regardless but she wouldn't issue a refund for the 2nd room. They also put 1 room on 1st floor and the other on 3rd floor so I dragged the cover and pillows down from 1 room to the other and stayed on the sofa bed which was in fact plenty big enough and I'm a big lady. So all in all a room was left empty all night and a waste of over £100 when there was a simple solution to the situation. Maybe its time for a change in venue in the future 🤔
