June 2024We were a hen group and from the start we were welcomed with bubbles! The staff were polite and friendly. My treatment was a salt scrub by Sophia she was very attentive and after the scrub I had a quick massage just the right combo!! My skin was silky smooth and I felt so relaxed!! I wished it was an hour instead of 25 minutes as it’s not enough but highly recommended!!!

August 2024We stayed over here for a weekend whilst visiting family and friends in Manchester. The room was spotless, TV, ironing board and iron included. Quick and convenient lift to our room which had AC. My only gripe which knocked the ratings was the free complimentary drink. Water, refillable outside of your room. Bit misleading and obscure

August 2024We love staying at this hotel and returned having booked the summer special DBB rate. This suited us perfectly, with car parking, breakfast, £35 per person towards food and even a bottle of wine for our meal. To top it off we received a room upgrade, which we were really pleased about. We enjoyed the food in the bar and the service is always excellent. The staff at check in and out were really friendly and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be returning to the Lowry for a treat break

August 2024The hotel is very modern from the outside and inside but it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and the restaurant and food was OK not great. My suite was large and bed was comfortable. I was expecting a lot more from the hotel but I didn't connect. OK hotel.
