The reception team at Spaces Peterhouse is amazing. They are professional and courteous and always happy to help, all my interactions with them have been extremely positive. The building itself is well used but always clean. My only comment would be for the facility maintenance team, when something does break it seems to take a long time to be fixed.

This is a untrustworthy and manipulative company that tricks you into deals and hide charges, completely mislead and missold the place. I tried to cancel my contract within 24hrs of signing NO MONEY EXCHANGED! Charged nearly £500 in under 3 hours for a contract I was told was £165, 'flexible' and could change at any time... Holding me hostage to it despite not starting till 1 month later in March! What kind of business model tries to hold people that do not want their service? That sounds to me like a company clutching at straws unable to provide facilities that people desire, Avoid at all costs, do not sign anything, do not pay them anything! You will regret it.

Genuinely take forever returning your rental deposit. Took a rental out for November 2024. Only wanted/needed the rental for 1 month. Continuously chase you for a variety of hidden charges. Make you feel uncomfortable and threatened that "if you don't comply we could take this further". The offices are smaller than a single bedroom (just enough room to etch your chair back). Require 3 months pay upfront. Rooms are noisy and it seems like people use this to reside in other than work. Deposit are not returned and you constantly have to chase. Been waiting 6 weeks for mine to be returned. (Still waiting...)
