November 2024It was our 1st time visiting IWM North. The staff were friendly and very informative about the exhibits they had on show. I fully enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended , plus it's also free. There is boxes placed around the site for voluntary donations. There is no pressure to donate, but it does help the museum The cafe is also very reasonably priced.

February 2025Well maintained museum, you can see world war related things here. Tanker, missiles, planes, old war related videos. Very near to tram station, also connected via bridge to media City UK.

January 2025As someone whos visited all other iwm sites prior to this one i was slightly underwhelmed. The contents is very similar to iwm London but not as dense or well themed and without special exhibits and significantly fewer large museum pieces. The big picture show was really good. This museum is defo worth visiting for someone who hasnt visited an iwm site before but i wouldnt recommend going out of your way just to see this site as London is equally accessible and better in most aspects. Kind and helpful staff
