6. Cancellations 6.1 If the Hiree notifies the Hirer that it wishes to cancel an Event for a reason other than an Event of Force Majeure (as defined in Clause 8. of these General Terms and Conditions) more than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date the Hirer shall be entitled to either (i) retain the full amount of the Deposit or (ii) (in the event that the Deposit has not been received at the date of the cancellation) invoice the Hiree for an amount equal to (50%) of the Fee. 6.2 If the Hiree notifies the Hirer in writing that it wishes to cancel an Event for any reason other than Event of Force Majeure (as defined in Clause 10 of these General Terms and Conditions) less than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date, the Hirer shall be entitled at its discretion to either: 6.2.1 if the Deposit has been received, retain the Deposit and issue an invoice to the Hiree for (i) the outstanding amount of the Fee and (ii) the Minimum Bar Spend; or 6.2.2 if the Deposit has not been received at the date of the cancellation, (i) the Fee and (ii) the Minimum Bar Spend. 6.3 The Hiree shall immediately cease all use of the Property and the licence granted to the Hiree under this Agreement with respect to the Property shall immediately terminate with respect to the cancelled Event.

July 2024I came here tonight for a large corporate party with my office and we were looked after by the talented Annabelle who went above and beyond for us !! Also don’t judge the picture, only one drink had the fire before I took it haha

September 2024Great food! The drinks were a bit slow but. Zai came and extended our bottomless brunch. This was so lovely of him. The fact that he even noticed that we were asking way too frequently with it being so busy was great. Plus it’s my sis birthday!!!!

September 2024Felt ignored by staff handling out drinks they just walked past the people sat in the middle of the floor and seemed to concentrate more on those sat in booths, food order did not come at the same time so one ofbus sat with nothing whilst the other was eating. Taylor Swift tribute was brilliant, though, and the atmosphere was great.

September 2024Very very poor service and standards. We attended a hen do here this weekend and what a disappointing experience this was from Impossible. The event was upstairs and all drinks were warm. No fridges working at all, dirty glasses, complained to managers they were not interested. £50 for a bottle of Prosecco again warm. They did not even open the bottle for you and no Ice bucket. The food was awful, not warm and very very small portions. Service of the food was so unorganised. The place was dirty. Dirty windows, no attention to detail and really bad customer service. I would never go back or reccomend this place.

August 2024Worst club ever! We got promised a table with a minimum spend of £200 when we got there that price changed to £300. The air con started to leak on our table so we had to move with no compensation. When we told the manager he responded with “I just want a peaceful night but you lot are getting on my nerves”. Save your money and never go here, run them out of custom! They also mentioned they don’t care if customers are unhappy all they’re bothered about is profit which we called out a terrible business policy!
