April 2025I stayed here as a result of another hotel overbooking and sending me here, frankly I am delighted they did because I was so pleasantly surprised not only by the rooms but the staff. Oliver and Kelsey in particular were incredibly helpful but to be honest, each and every staff member I met from check in, to breakfast, to check out was friendly and helpful. It really made me feel welcomed at a hotel I hadn't even originally booked. Thanks for a great stay!

April 2025I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Manchester during a business trip, and I must say it was a very comfortable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The accommodations were equipped with everything I needed for a productive stay, including a spacious room with a comfortable bed and sufficient work space. The amenities provided, such as complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-house dining option, made it convenient for me to balance work and relaxation. Additionally, the location is perfect—close to key business areas and easily accessible from public transportation. After a long day of meetings, it was a pleasure to come back to such a cozy environment. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Manchester for anyone on a business trip. The combination of comfort, professionalism, and convenience truly sets it apart, and I look forward to returning on my next visit!

April 2025Perfect location for taking the tram to the Co-Op Live. The Piccadilly Gardens station is a block up the road, and the Co-Op is a short three stop ride. Door to door essentially. But it’s the staff who make a hotel feel welcoming, and this place has excellent staff. Dominic was so helpful and patient, answering my myriad questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Will definitely be returning soon!

March 2025I stayed here on business for 4 nights in March 2025. For a business traveller this offers a pretty faultless experience and I would definitely stay here again. Staff are extremely friendly at every point of contact and more than happy to help. A standard room was pretty good and definitely good enough if most of your trip is spent working. It was extremely clean and the daily housekeeping kept it that way during my stay. The bed was comfortable and the in room facilities offered everything you need (apart from a terrible hairdryer!). The breakfast service was extremely busy around 07.30-8. It’s easy enough to get a table but it is really busy so you might prefer to avoid that time. Even when busy though the food was replenished and it was easy enough to get the food you wanted. Food was good quality for the most part and it is good value if you can get it included in the room rate. I have previously stayed at the MotelOne around the corner from this Holiday Inn and by comparison this is a much more comfortable experience and makes a business trip nicer. Whilst this is not a luxury property it does offer a full service and it’s worth the small difference in price.

February 2025I stayed there last weekend . I arrived on the Friday early and I was allowed to check in early which was great. The food in the restaurant was amazing as was the breakfast. I had to check out a day earlier due to family problems. Jose at reception was very accommodating in my request. He a great attitude and very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back
