    We stayed with our two kids (both under 2) they had already set up the cot and sofa bed for us. We got really great service and felt really welcome. The kids got a little toy each. The staff had so much level to detail and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks so much for making this stay so easy.

    The hotel is a real luxury. I highly recommend it. All the rooms are large, very modern, comfortable, spacious and very clean. Everything is high-tech. I would like to highlight the kindness and respect of the hotel staff, especially the receptionist José (a beautiful person, extremely friendly and who has helped us a lot with everything we needed), the waiter Santo and Ismael (two beautiful people, very pleasant, friendly and helpful). We enjoyed our stay very much! Macri family

    Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and super helpful. Centrally located for the city centre shop’s etc. I was in a premium room which was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a good stay. Unfortunately I was unwell while staying there but I want to thank the front of house , and the room service staff for being so kind and helpful to me it helped make me feel a bit better!. Definitely will stay again when I’m back in Manchester.

    Travelled here as a family of 4 including one 5year old child. Booked a junior suite and the size was just right. Hotel: Room was spotless and clean Breakfast: Had everything you need to form a traditional English breakfast. Staff named Michelle overheard my son being upset that the pancakes ran out, came to us specially with 2 on a plate from the next batch . Very lovely touch Reception: Warm and nice . Distance to city centre: walkable within 5 mins with bus, tram stations and also supermarkets
