Great experience Not a cricket match, a Rock concert. Foo fighters were amazing, but the concert was made better, when I felt safe and secure. ALL the staff were amazing from the guy guiding us through to security wishing us an enjoyable day the staff at merchandise tent skillfully dealing with all customers, the refreshment staff engaging with even the most awkward customers and gently chiding, people who couldnt get their tongue around the names of the simplest drinks 😁. Top venue plenty of security and medical staff around too

Attended here for model railway exhibition as an exhibitor. Great venue for this event.

The amenities are very good, however as usual once they have you inside as a captive audience the price of refreshments is very high £6.10 for a pint of beer as an example.

Went to a county cricket match with a friend who is a member. The cricket was very good, the ground impressive and the facilities generally very good. The ladies who served our lunch and the young chap behind the bar were superb - great ambassadors for the club, and the food was fabulous. There were, however, some downsides. The young chap behind the bar was publicly bullied by his older colleague (maybe his boss) and was called "stupid". I found this deeply uncomfortable and in this day and age, especially unacceptable. Equally, there are a good number of unhelpful jobsworths on the gate who have, like many of their ilk, allowed a badge and a high Vis vest go to their head. Some were okay, but the welcome was less than warm from others. So, mixed experiences. Come on LCCC, you must do better.
