Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation by the Client: In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel, postpone or reduce your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the hotel’s cancellation policy is to require payment of 90% of contracted accommodation and room hire and 65% of contracted food and beverage revenue, this represents compensation for the loss of profit sustained by the hotel as a result of the cancellation. The sum is payable on cancellation. Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the management of the hotel in writing. The hotel will make every effort to re-sell the facilities and will subsequently reduce the cancellation charge (by way of a refund) by the profit recovered on any alternative business we have been able to secure to replace the cancelled booking. 2. Accommodation: Unless specifically GUARANTEED by the client, the hotel may release any accommodation booked (including delegate accommodation) if not taken up by 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Any accommodation (including delegate accommodation) which has been guaranteed by the client will be subject to a 90% charge for the first night if not taken up and released thereafter. Delegate shortfall will be subject to the cancellation calculation as indicated above. 3. Cancellation by the Hotel: The hotel may cancel the booking: i) If the hotel, or any part is closed due to fire, industrial dispute, act of God or by order of any public authority. ii) If the client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership. iii) If the client is more than fourteen days in arrears with any payment to the hotel. iv) If it might prejudice the reputation of the hotel. In such an event, the hotel will have NO further liability to the client. 4. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Pros: The staff was very nice and welcoming, always putting up a smile and asking how we’re doing. You can ask for a taxi from/to the airport, but we chose not to get it although I think we would’ve saved a lot of money given that a ride was almost 30£. The room is okay, we booked one with windows so it made it look even more appealing I would say. The bathroom is clean and has almost everything you need. The location is a big bonus, you’re close to stores, restaurants and also lots of bus and tram stations. When you check out, you can ask the staff to keep your luggage a bit longer if you want to wander around the city some more and it’s also for free. All in all, this was a nice and safe stay for two girls travelling. Cons: There is barely any heat, even though they provide some blankets, they won’t do much. There is no free wifi and the mobile data was sometimes very slow only in the premises of the hotel for some reason. They don’t have slippers so prepare for walking around the room with your shoes on if you’re the kind of person that gets cold easily :) Outside it was quite loud and at times we could hear a whole conversation going on. Other than that everything was great!

Room was fair for the price I paid. Service was not the worst; plus I only stayed for one night, so may not have had the full view. The location is in the heart of Piccadilly and is about 12mins to the train station and close to the market squares. The exact location of the hotel and the immediate surroundings is not great though. Not sure you can park, there may be parking spaces in the region for use but I didn't drive so can't make any recommendations.

If you want hypothermia then look no further because clearly the heating bills are coming out the staff’s wages! I booked this for one night and could not sleep because of how cold it was! The carpet was wet? Damp? ..? Bathroom was not clean… Bed was definitely not cleaned either, it had clearly just been made again. The area the hotel is situated in is quite rough and did not feel safe for my friend and I (both young women), there were a lot of strange people around and a couple fights within the hour we left the hotel and came back. Not the fault of the hotel but just something to keep in mind… I would honestly recommend an easy hotel or another budget hotel, as you’re paying around the same but instead getting a dingy, damp room which will freeze you to death! We left the hotel promptly at 4:30am to get the first train out as we could not stay any longer in the Antarctic! 💔💔💔💔

Absolutely Horrible - Feels Like a Prison I am currently staying at the Sacha Hotel Manchester, and this has been, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Avoid this place at all costs! Upon arrival, I was met with tiny, windowless rooms that felt more like bleak prison cells. The atmosphere was so oppressive, I had no choice but to pay extra to “upgrade” to a room with a window. But it didn’t get any better. In the new room, the radiator didn’t work, leaving me freezing. I’ve now switched rooms twice, and the central heating has still not been fixed, despite my repeated calls to reception. To make matters worse, the room I was given had human pieces on the shower curtain—absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. There are no ceiling lights, and the entire place feels dark and depressing. Reception has refused to address the central heating issue and instead provided me with an old, broken-down electric heater. However, there are no sockets near the bed, so I’m left shivering under the covers at night. They are refusing to offer any further assistance, and I am freezing cold in what is supposed to be a comfortable stay. I honestly feel like I am staying in a prison. This hotel is disgusting, poorly managed, and does not care about its guests. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

My Dad Spent A lot Of Time & Money In This Place! & The Prices Continued To Change Quite Frequently! Even If He Ended Up In An Identical Room Sometimes It Could Cost Between £10-£20. Extra For No Liable Reason Or No Previous Warning Of Any Price Changes. At One Time He Was In There For 3weeks! & They Wouldn't Let Him Book In As One Consistently Used Place To As A temporary Abode Saying Directly To His Face! You Are Aware This Isn't A Hostel Sir? They Moved Him To A New Room A Total Of 9 Time's In 3 Weeks. At One Point He Was Moved To A New Room For Only 1Day! & During One Of The Week's That We Were There. A Champions League Match Was Playing & Due To Requests From Tourists Who Made It Fullly Booked. For 2 Nights The Price Of His Room Nearly Doubled In Price. EVEN After It Was Already Paid For They Put An Extra Charge On The Cost Of His Already In Use Room. (An Absolute Dive That Needs A Good Cleaning & Extra Customer Care Training For The inhospitable Staff.) A Terrible Hotel With Terrible Service. In A Horrible Location.
