THE HEART OF MANCHESTER
Our Grade II listed home is located on Peter Street Manchester, adjacent to Deansgate, making it one of the most accessible and central wedding locations in the city.
WELCOME TO THE ALBERT HALL
We deliver a prestigious calendar of live music shows. It’s what we do. In 2013, a friend of ours asked if they could have their special day in The Albert Hall. Of course, we said yes. Since then, more and more people have tied the knot with us. Now weddings are what we do too.
MAKE IT HAPPEN
Each wedding is unique, but to give you some inspiration, we have put together The Albert Hall Wedding Guide to show you what we can provide and how to make it happen.
Grade II listed Wesleyan chapel in Manchester City Centre closed and hidden for over 40 years. Resurrected by Trof, the people behind Gorilla and The Deaf Institute, as an unrivalled events venue, restaurant and bar. The grand and ornate chapel has been restored into a stunning music hall and is set to become one of the most atmospheric music and events venues in the UK.

March 2025A fantastic intimate venue with great sound around the entire place. The stage is up high and there is a good view from everywhere and staff and security are really friendly and efficient making the whole event enjoyable.

March 2025I've photographed 2 weddings at Albert Hall and both were absolutely amazing. There are so many great locations within the building for photo opportunities, like the main staircase, the back stairs and the mezzanine. It makes such a dramatic backdrop for a ceremony, either on the main floor or the stage. Rows of trestle tables are a modern way to seat guests, with plenty of space to move about between. The lighting for the evening party is everything you'd expect from a live music venue, with the DJ/band able to set themselves up on the stage, which gives the wedding more of a gig/rave feel, perfect for couples who want something "a bit different" for their day. I can't wait to shoot there again!

March 2025Great accessibility experience at the point of first contact. Lift is now working so access is much easier. Seating still leaves a bit to be desired - even though they have new back support cushions on offer. Runners were on hand for drinks. My bag was soaked by another persons spilled drink and so I was given a few free drinks vouchers to compensate. Just a shame it’s only one lift as the wait to get out can be quite long. Carly Pearce was amazing so overall it was a great night!

March 2025Decent venue. A bit maze-like to get to toilets - plenty of stairs. Choice of bars. Drink prices as expected. Band merchandise is sold in an awkward place. Upstairs tiered seating gives a good view of the stage. Acoustics are good. Parking is not available in the immediate vicinity but is available on parking apps in the area.
