November 2024We arrived very late to Luton, we needed a transit hotel. This is great , walking distance from the airport (15 -20 minutes) , walking distance from the Car rental (15 -20 minutes). We slept well the beds were comfortable, and on top the hotel had good common space . We are still in a Holiday Inn , but was a great value for money

February 2025Just spent one night before a flight early morning Hotel is very close to airport about 3mins by taxi(£14) Check in was very quick and easy we couldn't work heating so reception came up immediately and showed us. Booked dinner which was lovely burger,pie staff were lovely especially Maria who served us and spoke to us about our journey. Room was clean bedding was good pillows and bed was comfy Shower was OK warm and quite powerful don't really like an open shower as the floor gets wet but this one wasn't too bad Tea and coffee in room and tv had lots of channels Will definitely stay again when returning to luton Didn't have breakfast as left at 3am but I'm sure it would of been good

February 2025Good location, close to the airport. Couldn't believe that you have to pay separately for a car park for £15. Little bar there inside the hotel with some drinks and food available.

February 2025I'm not sure why there are two Holiday Inns so close together and yet they are so different. We booked this one as we thought it was dog friendly and when checking in I mentioned to the reception staff twice that the dog was with me but she must not have been listening because the following day when I picked the dog up from the dog sitter and tried to bring her into the hotel we were told dogs were not allowed unless they were service/assistance dogs. There are no signs on the front door saying service/assistance dogs only which is pretty standard for most businesses these days and the lady at the desk was a bit rude and unforgiving even though it was a genuine mistake! Had to fork out an extra £120 to stay with the dog that night at the Holiday Inn Express hotel just a short walk up the hill which is thankfully dog friendly. I won't be back to this Holiday Inn ever again! And having to pay for parking while staying as a guest is just a complete rip-off when it should be included in the price but that's London for you.
