December 2024Me and my husband stayed at holiday inn , Arrived at the hotel and was welcomed with friendly staff , the reception supervisor Sarah was very helpful and gave us directions to the airport as it was our first time in Luton and took the time to explain . She was professional , polite friendly and gave us a nice room away from the lift and stairs as we requested . She also later asked us how our room was when we came down for dinner and checked on us during our stay and I was impressed by this level of customer service which doesn’t always stop at check in .The food was lovely at the restaurant and the waitresses were very helpful and we enjoyed our evening and glad we ate in and not out in the town . my husband and I will consider returning in the summer as we enjoyed our stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful .

December 2024Great location though would have to really question the £14/day ++ for motorbike parking when mid stay was free. They kept my bag though for free for 2 days, that was appreciated.

October 2024Rooms have all the basics you need for a short stay but are quite small. Very handy for the airport which is just a 5 min trip on the frequent buses that stop outside. Breakfast was very nice, continental and cooked options.

December 2024Nice clean family room, had everything needed. Only thing is it had a continuous buzz in shower area which went on all night, and could be heard in the bedroom area. Very helpful staff.

October 2024Unfortunately I had to went to another hotel, due to really overwhelming fries and oil flavors in the room itself and in the hotel itself. Seems to be that ventilation passed away and nobody want to burry it. And yes, poor bedding quality. Sure, I didn’t expected high class in the hotel near the airport, but quiet, odorless and decent bedding quality seems to be basic.
