July 2024We booked early (it did get busy later). Staff were very friendly and we were shown to our table which had views of the small river running along side of the pub. A member of staff took our drinks /food order. The Sunday Lunch was epic. Very generous portions, well cooked and presented. The Roast pork was tender and melt in the mouth. When the plates arrived they were brimming over with roast meat, potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and parsnips, and then they came with a dish of vegetables for us too. Almost too much, make sure you are hungry. Definitely recommend eating here and worth booking.
