THE GOOD 👍 Staff are incredible, completely dedicated, extremely engaging and entirely dedicated to their roles. It's what makes the experience truly fantastic and unique. It brings the history and the horror to life. 👍 It's not just about terror, the staff provide insight and information as part of their act which is much more engaging that reading signs or notices and looking at pictures or static displays. 👍The scenery, the smells, sounds and lighting have been done really well to provide a non stop experience even between the scenarios. 👍Without giving away spoilers there are some scenarios in particular which really were well done in terms of the actor's positioning, movement and timing. It's clearly been well practiced and rehearsed and made a significant difference to the experience. 👍Went with a 12 year old who found it scary and fun. There were other youngsters there too who seemed to enjoy it and not be too frightened. THE BAD 👎 The start begins with being herded through several photo scenarios, but you just feel like cattle. I didn't feel it was a great start to the experience. THE OK 👌Having visited the York Dungeons many years ago, I do remember that being a more frightening experience. As fantastic as the actors are, it's done with a tongue in cheek approach which dilutes the terror in some scenarios. 👌Depending on where you are in the crowd determines how much of a good view you have of what's happening.

I recently had the chance to visit the London Dungeon, and it was an experience I won't soon forget! From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a different era. The realism of the set design is truly remarkable, with every detail meticulously crafted to recreate historical scenes. The authenticity was further enhanced by the smells, which were all too real and added an extra layer of immersion that made the experience even more convincing. The London Dungeon offers a perfect blend of entertainment and scariness. The live actors were phenomenal, bringing historical figures and events to life with a mix of humor and horror. Their performances were engaging and often interactive, making the audience feel like a part of the story. The special effects and sound design were top-notch, adding to the overall eerie atmosphere. One of the highlights was the variety of scenes and stories covered. From the gruesome tales of Jack the Ripper to the terrifying torture chambers, each section was unique and captivating. The ride elements and interactive segments kept us on the edge of our seats, providing plenty of thrills and chills. Overall, the London Dungeon is a must-visit for anyone looking for a thrilling and entertaining journey through London's dark history. It's a fantastic way to learn about the city's past while having a great time. Highly recommended for both tourists and locals alike!

Mind blown! Went with my 15 y.o. son and we loved it. The actors are incredible, I have no idea how they can keep it "fresh" after what must be so much repetition. The props are all great. Most of all, I'm so impressed by the scale of it! So, so, so long!!! Almost all of it is interesting and fresh (though a few rooms could definitely be cut out, such as the kitchen). If anyone is worried this might be a tourist trap, fear not! If they can keep such great actors, this should be considered one of London's iconic tourist destinations!

The experience was very entertaining. It had the vibe of a haunted house but very interactive with the cast and funny. Younger children will likely feel scared but it is a great experience for older children and adults.

Bought tickets beforehand to skip the queues and went straight in! Very welcoming attendants at door. The experience was lots of fun and the cocktails in the Saloon were delicious!
