March 2025I always say you pay for what you get. The Hilton never fails. Although my first room needed some tender loving care, the manager quickly moved me into another room, which was definitely to my satisfaction. Breakfast was absolutely vegan selection. I guess I didn't miss the vegan sausages too much. The best vegan desert I have had the pleasure of tasting ok eating in a long while. Give credit where credit is due. The catering department was excellent. Brilliant customer service from all staff with obvious good leadership. Well done catering team.

March 2025The hotel itself is probably a 3.5/5 stars, but you won’t find better service anywhere! The rooms are a little dated, but I’ve found that’s the case for a lot of European hotels/buildings so it’s a pretty standard hotel but what sets this one apart is the staff. We are from the U.S. and air conditioning is a necessity where we are from, unfortunately the air in our room didn’t work. We tried just cracking a window and letting the cool air from outside in but police sirens and road noise constantly woke our toddler through the night. We were jet lagged and frustrated, obviously. We brought these concerns to the staff and they were simply fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of Connor (I believe was the young man who assisted us) and the front desk worker who I did not get the name of. Connor brought us a personal cooling unit for our room and the front Desk worker switched the rooms for us(while still letting us keep the cooler for our new room!). As if that wasn’t accommodating enough they provided us a free breakfast for the inconvenience and were pleasant to deal with throughout the entire situation. Excellent location and I hope the hotel acknowledges their excellent service as I brought it to the attention of the morning crew. Will definitely be returning here for any future London vacations!

April 2025What a wonderful hotel! I was so nervous when I booked with this hotel because their ratings were average to below average. However, my family I really enjoyed our time here. Staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. I was there for a week and never got sick of the food. The location was perfect because so many different forms of public transportation was nearby. When I tell people about London, the hotel is the first thing I rave about!

March 2025Stayed here for the Ideal home show, location is less than 5min walk from Kensington olympia station and 8min walk to Holland park and design museum. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Fresh towels daily. The restaurant served a varied menu. The bar had good selections of beers and alcoholic drinks and soft drinks. Breakfast was buffet style from full English to continental. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, i had a great stay.

April 2025I'm not coming back, for sure! The biggest red flag was the stairs! We took the lift to our floor, but there were still two staircases waiting for us and our luggage. I have no idea how elderly or disabled persons could carry their luggage up or down those stairs. (See the video for the view of the corridor) Two more minor things: (1) they don't have sockets next to the beds while many other hotels provide them; (2) we had to change our room cards multiple times because sometimes they didn't work, it might be a problem with the locks instead of the cards, as the building is quite old. Everything else was fine; the staff were helpful.
