Wonderful hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with warmth and an eagerness to serve. The staff is very kind and gracious. The room was clean and very comfortable. Small, but we didn’t come to hang out in bed (which was like a cloud). The restaurant/bar staff is amazing and aims to please. The location is perfect, and close to train stations (Olympia and High Street). Wonderful pubs nearby with great food. (Hand and Flower, Warwick Arms). Tesco superstore is also close by. Sultan at the front desk is a full service hotelier. He arranged a taxi, called us when it arrived, and fetched it for us. This is highly recommended hidden gem in Kensington.

I had a great stay at Hilton Olympia. Service was friendly from check in to dinner, breakfast and then check out, which was friendly and consistent. Room was up to newer Hilton brand, which I like. Not sure if there are some older rooms, based on other reviews, but I was given a newer one. The bar area and perks for Hilton Diamond members really stood out and would make me stay again for sure. Such friendly service and extras, in lieu of their being no executive lounge. Breakfast was great. Was busy so recommend get in early! Overall I would happily stay here again and really enjoyed my time here.

I stayed at the Holland Hotel London Olympia for seven days. The hotel was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. However, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning, which was not addressed promptly. Unfortunately, I had to stay in the room for two days in very hot weather. On the second day, a portable air conditioner was provided, but it did not solve the problem. However, I would like to extend my gratitude to the staff member, Suardi, who was very helpful and hospitable in resolving the issue. Thanks to him, my stay improved, and I had a better overall experience. I greatly appreciate his efforts in making my stay more comfortable.

The guy at reception on arrival was great, however from there it went downhill. The room's windows wouldn't open, there was no standard Aircon and was a crazy little machine which made a hell of a racket and dried my nose right up. The room was really dated which was fine. However when I went to set up the sofa bad there was just a balled up extra pillow and duvet in a cupboard that actually had horrible stains on it with no covers for them. Then when I unfolded the sofa bed there was a topper that had a pee stain on it. When I went to ask for different bedding they just offered me a free coffee in the morning and said they would send someone up. The gentleman who come up just covered the bedding that was there in sheets instead of replacing it. Which was gross. Then an hour later at about midnight another man just walked up to change it all. We had given up at that point and didn't even bother changing it. They way reception was so casual about it it clearly is a common occurrence. Great location but not worth it, shouldn't be under the Hilton name. Good luck!
