July 2024Months ago they cancelled on us the day before our booking. No compensation whatsoever, such short notice made us spend huge money on booking somewhere else and on top of that were not keen on returning 100% of the payment made. Thank god they said I can pay the refundable £500 deposit on arrival instead or I would have been almost 2 grand short for months all together. Waited months for the refund and had to make a court claim because they wouldn't reply to phone calls and emails. They returned most of the money but wont return the remaining £80 to this day, their lawyer I am emailing about this is “chasing this up” for months. Scammers. Read all the bad reviews before booking and I would honestly ignore the 5 star ones.
