Tudor Barn is a truly unique barn venue holding the distinction of being the only existing Tudor Barn in London. Situated within our historic building is a Gastro Pub and Restaurant perfect for casual dining as well as celebratory meals. Our Tudor Gallery hosts events all year round for events up to 180 seated guests and 220 standing. We can host events over both floors for up to 300 guests. Tudor Barn dates back to the 16th century making it a true hidden gem in Royal Greenwich, surrounded by thirteen acres of parkland and a medieval moat just a stone throw away from central London.
Our standard day delegate package starts from £39.95 per person + VAT and as standard includes exclusive hire of the entire venue including our stunning outdoor spaces from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Monday - Thursday (Fridays are available at additional fees)

13 CANCELLATION 13.1 If a confirmed booking is cancelled by the Client, FOR WHATEVER REASON, (unless in accordance with clause 10.1) then in addition to the deposit, the Client will be charged a percentage of the TOTAL FEE as shown below (less the deposit). Cancellations will only be accepted if confirmed either by letter or by email to the Company: Date of Event All Events Within 9 months 25% Within 6 months 50% Within 3 months 75% Within 1 month 100%
Other rules
If there are under 18's are present then all over 18's will be wrist banded and ID'd on arrival. A 1 drink per person policy will also apply when coming to the bar

September 2024I had my 70th birthday celebration at Tudor Barn on the 16th August and could not fault it at all. It was a truly amazing , magical experience for both me and my guests. The ambience, the decor , not forgetting the 3 course meal was truly amazing. Darren was my host , kudos to him who made it run so smoothly even though there was a minor glitch , he quickly sorted it out and the waiters that were helping had all run systematically and smoothly. The DJ was fantastic and got all my guests dancing with his selection of songs . Indeed a truly magical experience. Three cheers to Tudor Barn event organisers !!! A BIG THANK YOU for making it so so special for me

July 2024Lovely venue, pub and restaurant set in some beautiful grounds. Building dates back to the 1500's Good bar with plenty of selection on drinks and food looks good. Really lovely staff here. Some free parking outside Public toilets open for a change

October 2024Fantastic Sunday lunch. Amazing service. We had a slight issue with our food being sent to another table and the staff were so apologetic with a complimentary drink for the extra wait that we had. I have never been anywhere that apologies for a mistake. We was celebrating my little boys first birthday and they was so accommodating, even bringing s little piece of cake and singing for him. On top of outstanding service the food was lovely. We will definitely be returning.

September 2024A hidden gem in a stunning location. I don’t often visit Eltham, but a friend recommended this place. The setting is charming, particularly outside by the moat. The sharing roast dinner is a great value, offering a fantastic selection of vegetables, meat, and even cauliflower cheese!
