I will start by the positive: there is a really nice view of the Thames and Tower Bridge. That being said, the service is so poor. I rarely complain about service, however I have never felt that neglected in a restaurant. We felt like we were causing trouble when ordering a drink. The waitress couldn't be bothered. She even left the restaurant before we were done, she didn't say anything. It's a real shame for such a great location. Food was ok, nothing special, just average. I will not be going back nor will I recommend this café.
