Wandsworth Civic Suite is a beautiful suite in a grade II listed building next to Wandsworth town hall. Made-up of two spacious interconnected function rooms - Civic Hall and Banquet Suite, which are often hired together, with an overall capacity up to 600 people seated - it can accommodate range of events such as conferences, corporate parties, weddings, receptions, performances, funerals.
The Civic Suite has sprung maplewood flooring, and wood-panelled walls. The foyer comprises marble fixtures and 1930s chandeliers, along with portraits of former local mayors on the walls leading up to the room, giving it an Old World ambiance. The Civic Suite is licensed for civil marriages and civil partnerships.
The Twyford Room can be used as a separate bar in attachment to the Banqueting hall, or can be closed off as an exclusive room with additional seating.
Please note, this room can’t be rented separately, it is only available as an add on to the Civic Hall or the Banquet suite.

September 2024We recently had the pleasure of decorating a wedding for over 300 guests in this venue, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. The hall is incredibly spacious and perfectly located, making it an excellent choice for large weddings. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a big event—it’s the perfect setting for a memorable celebration!
