Set within the Hilton London Tower Bridge, Two Ruba
is more than just the hotel bar. By day, it has the air of
a relaxed coffee shop, then at night things get a little
hip. Champagne cocktails are a speciality, while small
plates and canapés created by the hotel’s executive
chef can be arranged to keep guests nourished. As
well as evening parties, more informal events with light
bites and snacks can be booked. Exclusive hire gives
you enough room for 200 guests. For a more intimate,
VIP vibe, there’s the Snug, where 30 people can party
to sounds provided by a DJ. Your own mixologist can
also be organised.

January 2025Deanna and Anca are two of the most wonderful women I have met on my trip. I am here from the US. They have been friendly and kind and gracious since we arrived. They always remember my order and ask about our daily plans. It’s always a joy to return in the afternoon and share our daily adventures with them. I have been in the hospitality industry for 35 years and they are top notch!

February 2025Great ambience and service, but I find it a bit too expensive. Just popped in for a drink, but £6 for a coke is a stretch. However, if you feel like splurging, it does provide a great experience.
