Our largest room offers a Large Screen with a screen surround that can be up-lighted in your company corporate colours on request. Projection is with an outstanding 3500 Lumen HD Data Projector with three repeater plasma screens strapped to the pillars and walls allowing viewing for those sitting away from the main screen. An option is also available for different images to be shown on each repeater screen, such as your company logo or Twitter feed. Our fold back monitors sited on the podium and top-table allows speakers to deliver their speech and focus on the audience. We boast on our sound deliver with the Electro Voice Four Speakers Audio System operated by our Soundcraft 24 Channel mixing desk. America Square Conference Centre has an in-house audio visual department at your disposal with a ready supply of the latest presentation equipment for your event.

December 2024We recently hired a conference room at 1 America Square (Cavendish Venues) and were very impressed from start to finish! The organisation ahead of the event was seamless, with fast and prompt communication with our hosts. Franciska, our main point of contact, went out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly and was extremely helpful throughout. Our conference room itself (Aldgate & Bishopsgate Room) was bright, clean, and set-up exactly how we wanted. The venue was also great value for money. We hosted our AGM here and would definitely come back again.

February 2025We hired a room at 1 America Square and were very impressed with many aspects of the venue. The size of the room was adequate for what we needed, the food provided was delicious and the changing layout of the room was swift. Communication with the venue was also really efficient and will be using Cavendish venues again for future courses.
