March 2025Initially I left a negative review, because of the portion size that I was served. I went back to mia lounge to speak to the manager. Although he was away, the staff called him, they were extremely helpful and just amazing. They really wanted to help, so called the boss and He got the chef to make me another order ( mixed shish) for free. I personally would not go back just because of the portions size, but the manager and staffs are Extremely helpful and friendly. Maybe because it was Eid but they were really Amazing.

April 2025Shisha quality can highly fluctuate. One time its decent, another time its very poor. The times where it is poor, even if you ask them to change it, they refuse, as I found out. Also the lounge is very tacky with music blasting so loud that you can barely hear the person next to you. There are so many lounges in London that offer a better service and atmosphere for less and I would recommend people look elsewhere. I am not surprised Mia Lounge was almost empty on NYE.
