Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees shall be paid on or before the date of the proposed event on the following scale: - Less than 14 working days before the event: 100% of hire charge; - Over 14 working days before the event: 30% of hire charge.
Other rules
1. The premises are not used for any purpose other than that stated in the hiring application; 2. Not to issue tickets or tokens on the premises or in the area of the premises during the period of hire, except with express prior approval; 3. To take proper steps to control admittance to the function and ensure that there is no intrusion or hindrance to any other event or function taking place elsewhere on the premises and, in particular, to ensure that in the reception areas and chapel, noise is kept to a minimum; 4. Ensure that the activities for which the premises are hired cease in sufficient time before the time stated for completion of the hire in the application form to enable all people to leave the premises and apparatus concerned with the hire to be removed and the premises cleaned and tidied by the time for completion of the hire; and 5. Ensure that nothing be directly attached to the walls of the meeting rooms by organisers, trainers and/or delegates.
