Southern French Cooking over a Wood Fire, by Alex Jackson, with Stevie Parle. At Parasol Unit Foundation for Contemporary Art in Islington.
"...sheer, grin-inducing enjoyment" - Marina O'Loughlin
“French flavours will lure us in shoals" - Fay Maschler
Sardine is a 46 cover restaurant, cooking Southern French food over a wood fire. Sardine is nestled within the same building as the Parasol unit art gallery.
We cook for private parties, engagements, larger group dinners, gallery openings, book
launches and corporate events. Our small serve aperitif bar seats 8 guests. We can provide welcome drinks and canapés on arrival.
We offer a food and drink menu consisting of four courses of snacks, starter, mains and
desserts.
For Whole Hires we are happy to consult carefully with our guests when writing a menu. We offer a range of large feasting plates which can be enjoyed by the whole table.
Our full wine list is available to choose from and we can pair wines to each course too. A pre-agreed minimum spend applies to all restaurant hires.
