Our O4 room can accommodate up to 100 guests as a reception set up or 50 guests for a dinner.
For a dinner up to 70 guests, we can offer the exclusive access to our Restaurant as well as our O4 room. The hotel also organises Christmas party nights around the festive period and a memorable New Year's Eve party.

March 2025Zero complaints about the room or service from me. Everyone I spoke to was lovely. The bar was really nice and the food was great too. The bedroom was lovely with great sheets and comfy pillows. I had booked 1 night too few for my trip without realising - I was so worried I was going to get kicked out and my belongings get lost, however the staff helped extend my stay without fuss. Location great right next to a tube station (on the DLR line, so well connected but always needed to change for my purposes - so maybe check that before your stay) I would happily stay here again

March 2025I was given a family room, which is great! The bed is super comfortable and the room is clean and modern. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very top level.

March 2025The hotel is situated close to London centre, closest tube station is Depford Bridge. The hotel is easy to find. The reception staff is velcoming check in and out goes very smooth. Had a very pleasant stay. Inside the hotel is clean and tidy. Rooms and bathrooms are nice, clean and you don't get that closed air feeling. Bed nice and comfy. The amenities like the meeting room and gym came in really handy for our group. The meeting room was nicely prepared by the hotel's staff, feeling welcoming. The food is tasty and the bar offers a good variety of drinks. The hotel's location gives you good access to London's business districts like Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf.

March 2025With thin walls and doors, every noise and movement your neighbor makes is now your noise. In addition we had some storage room right next to us, where the employees went in, went out during the day. This is especially funny considering the hotel states on multiple pages that it is "soundproofed". It really is not. I am writing this while listening to my neighbor watching TV and talking on the phone, because I can't sleep, its not great. 😂 In addition there was drilling (?) happening near our room during the day as well, making us flee from our rooms and into the city just a little bit faster. The room was mostly tidy and clean, the beds comfy. There were a few red stains on the carpet and rust-colored discoloration on the bathtub, plus a hardened chewing gum under the phone on the nightstand. The breakfast was really good, you could tell everything was fresh. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly, although there was miscommunication in the system somewhere, because the restaurant staff couldnt find us on the breakfast list the first morning. The hotel smells amazing, and the cosmetics provided smell really good as well. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend it to anyone in good conscious, especially not for this price.
