Hotel overall was great, couldn’t really ask for more; clean, spacious room and friendly staff. But the breakfast was simply out of this world. I’ve thought about it several times today. I basically had everything. I started with a full English which was absolutely sensational - perfectly cooked and seasoned sausages and bacon, a firm yet fried tomato, saucy beans, and quite literally a perfect fried egg. I then had some pastries - mini-waffles and other sweet treats. I’m not normally one for sweet things first thing in the morning, but I couldn’t resist. Then I had a small bowl of cereal and a tea - great way to finish things off. I certainly will be staying here again when I possibly can.

Love this hotel so much. It might not be hip and trendy but there’s a class to it that cannot be replicated. My only quibble is that the bathroom is a little in the small side and getting out of the bath/shower feels slightly dangerous for there is not a hug gap. Staying here is easy access across Regent’s Park. Lords cricket ground and the Wellington Hospital. Also, go for breakfast.. it’s one of the best top quality breakfast buffets I’ve had at a hotel in years.

Stayed here with work and I was allocated a room on 5th floor. It was late when we arrived so I couldn't see the view. I was praying I wasn't near the train track, which I wasn't as I'm a very light sleeper. The room was boiling and it took a good few hours to cool down. The bed seemed soft to me, but that's just my personal preference. Toiletries provided and all ethical, which is good to see. Biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and bottle of water provided. The noisiest fridge I've ever heard whiring away and then sounding like it was going to take off, every 20 minutes!! The bathroom was tiny and you had to maneuver yourself around to close the door. Shower screen over the bath which was very awkward. All very clean and tidy, but carpet and furniture are starting to show their age.

The only good thing about this place is the location, it's located close to a lot of amenities and shopping. The bathroom is really small and the half glass shower door is terrible. The bathroom doors should be sliding doors because the space is so tiny, the door hits the toilet and sink depending on which room you get. The placement of the outlets are so bad, usually there's only one near the TV or desk, none near your bedside. I like the tea options and they give you free walkers cookies. The room staff seem to wait outside your door eerily until it's close to your check out time. One time they knocked too early even though I had my do not disturb sign out front, which was pretty annoying. The pillows are terrible, they're all way too firm and down pillows are so uncomfortable, not to mention cruel. I had what looked like a queen bed but it was two twins pushed together as I could feel the edges in the middle. Depending on the room sometimes the heat doesn't work at all. Overall the room is adequate and the supplied toiletries have a really nice scent.
