Fantastic stay! The staff was welcoming, my room was spotless with a great view, and the amenities were excellent. Shout out to Mayuresh on the front-desk, who was very accommodating and helpful. The on-site restaurant was an added bonus too. Second visit for me and will return again.

I was initially staying at another Radisson hotel near this one but decided to change to this location because I wasn’t satisfied with the rooms there. I'm so glad I did! The rooms at Radisson Bloomsbury were much better, and I had a really pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Riyanka for her excellent service—she was incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more memorable. In general, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel.

I am delighted to leave a 5 out of 5 rating for this hotel, especially for Ms. Rabail, whose warm welcome and professionalism made our stay truly enjoyable. Her attentiveness and kindness made all the difference. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the British Museum, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!

Stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are small even after we got a complimentary upgrade. Check in staff were extremely nice! Housekeeping was not the best. Often left with a quarter of toilet paper and would have to ask for more. Same with hand towels and facecloths. Phone also did not work in the rooms had to go down and request it. The showers are very slippy, use the rubber bath matt on the ledge before shower Shower water soaks the bathroom so ensure you put down the bath matt towels. Breakfast is really good food wise but £30 per person so could get cheaper elsewhere. Location is exceptional and based on that I would probably stay again I think.

A much larger premises than its sister hotel in Mercer Street, this hotel is well located [close to Covent Garden], has larger rooms with a good gym. The hotel offers a wide range of the usual breakfast food & beverages. Taking into account its room rates, good service and close proximity to Covent Garden, this hotel is highly recommended.
