Beautiful hotel, smells so fresh when you enter the lobby, which offers lemon mint infused water. They held our bags for us while we visited Paris! That was a huge help. Loved the buffet breakfast in their beautiful restaurant! Rooms were clean with large bathrooms. Great, safe location!

Very friendly personnel and a smooth check-in. Room was nice and clean with a good bed, only the TV would switch itself off every 30 minutes for some reason. Breakfast was very good and the gym looked brand new with decent equipment. The location of the hotel is perfect with a bus stop around the corner and the British Museum right across the street. I would certainly come here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and walkable distance to many tourist spots, train station and food joints. The hospitality and the service was very good and the staff was very accommodating with our requests. The only downside is the building is quite old and we had some issues with the rooms during our time there. So I would pay for the location it is situated but not mostly for the room/amenities.

The condition of this hotel is Rubbish! They should classify as 2 star property. Half of the rooms AC dont work. We had a stay for 6 days at this hotel, first night the rooms we got were very small from what was shown in the picture. We agreed to do a room upgrade and paid £50 per night extra. The upgraded room was nice but just after one day there was a major leak and they had to move us. The next room offered was alright but after the first night we discovered the AC wasn’t working, the room had patchy paint all over and the flush was leaking which made a continuous sound. When we asked for a room change they said the hotel was full and offered us a small fan. Apparently they were not able to repair the AC for next 3 days as well and we had to sleep in a suffocating noisy room. On the last day they offered us a decent room. In all for 6 day trip we did unpacking and repacking 4 times. I would say AVOID at any cost, one of the staff member told that AC were not working was a know issue for certain of their rooms. Few of the service staff were really nice and helful but the management is not at all good. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible Experience – If You Value Your Reservation, Avoid! This is the current situation. I have arrived at the Radisson Blu for a work event, having booked a total of 12 rooms – 9 of which were for myself and my colleagues arriving today. We just arrived and were kept waiting for 25 minutes only to be told that ALL nine of our rooms have been overbooked. No prior warning, no explanation, no phone calls, nothing. Instead of staying at the five-star hotel I booked, we were marched across the road to a four-star Radisson and essentially left there without any apology or offer of compensation. When I asked to speak to the general manager, I was told that one is away and the other is on holiday?! Extremely unprofessional for a supposed five-star establishment! The whole experience will be incredibly frustrating. There was no communication, no regard for customer service, and certainly no effort to make amends for what will be a significant inconvenience. If you're considering booking here, think twice – the way they handle overbookings is shocking. I certainly won't be returning, and I'd advise others to steer clear.
