January 2025I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Sajia and other staffs were very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

January 2025A special goes to the reception staffs specially SAJIA who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their kindness and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out.

January 20253.6 stars out of 5; Room 4 stars, Service 3.5 stars, Location 3.5 stars, Atmosphere 3.5 stars The good: The rooms were average-sized. The bathroom was clean with only a shower. The majority of the service workers were reticent, just doing their job (which is fine but does not particularly enhance the atmosphere of the hotel). The dinner service they had was amazing while the breakfast was decent. The location is in the historic area of Whitechapel (known for Jack the Ripper). The bad: The hotel is located 2.2 km (1.4 mi) from the Tower of London, which doesn’t seem like a lot but during peak traffic time, driving might take a long while (more than 25 minutes!). Depending on the triple you ordered, you might end up in a doubles room but with a single-person sleeper sofa. Additionally, the toilet in our room had flushing issues: You had to flush several times for it to be clean again. The ugly: The person who seemed to be the manager was quite rude in his actions.

October 2024The location is convenient, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the keycard holder being broken in my room, but the staff was quick to address it—after I informed the reception, they fixed it promptly. The team was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
