Our stay at Holiday Inn Whitechapel was excellent! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location for exploring London. The service stood out, especially Sadia at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for work. The room was excellent, spacious, clean, a work desk, good lighting options and great TV which was steerable. A comfortable soft chair as well as a desk chair shows real thought. The service was perfect and I want to mention especially Aygyul from the restaurant, who welcomed me with a huge smile each day and even remembered my unusual drink request from day 1, on day 2. Top marks for customer welcome and service Aygyul. Of note in the better than average breakfast was real eggs cooked really well. This is unusually pleasant to see in hotels in this price range. They seem to offer only scrambled eggs and when you ask for an egg, they say it's just a liquid that they are given so the only choice is scrambled. So 'thanks' restaurant manager - keep serving real eggs!

I’ve stayed here for work quite a few times now, and the staff are always really welcoming and helpful. I’ve been in different rooms, on various floors, and even tried the ‘executive rooms’. The hotel rooms are really nice and the breakfasts are actually decent and enjoyable. When I got upgraded to an executive room, it was free of charge and came with a Kit Kat and two bottles of water. When I’m back in London for work, this is my go to hotel.

Hotel was excellent but far away for tourism, and specially not well connect to subway, couple of buses. You spend the 1h in the traffic through the city. For a short term is probably not the best options, if you have more time to meet London and you don’t mind to be a bit out of city center is worthy, nice rooms, great breakfast and amazing service.
