Our Roof Terrace offers amazing views of London and is perfect for your Spring and Summer Events.
This space must be booked alongside our Cafe Lounge Space and can offer complete privacy for your Private Event for up to 200 guests across both spaces.
This space also includes access to the Auditorium Space and Cafe Lounge. This space works brilliantly for Spring or Summer Corporate or Private Events.

December 2024I am super happy with the Uncommon team, they are always so helpful and accommodating whenever we need anything. The quality of service is really great from the team, from answering our questions, speed of getting things done, to even accommodating when we dont ask. Like I was unable to get my pass working and lady saw me by elevator and she let me up (she knows I work there). The have cakes on every Tuesday, Monthly office socials, and Monthly breakfast. The office space is really nice, clean and warm with plants. I cannot recommend the place enough. Its located in liverpool street and so location is really great.

What sets Uncommon apart is their ownership of the entire building, allowing them to easily tailor the space to suit client needs. The design is truly stunning, and their wellbeing area is a standout feature something we highly recommend our clients prioritise for their teams. A special thanks to Naomi, the centre manager, for accommodating us on short notice. The customer service from the entire team was exceptional and left a lasting impression.
