Great hotel, would recommend! Rooms: Booked what was the smallest room option (I think) however I did not feel claustrophobic. Separate bathroom, no see through door or anything into the bathroom which I appreciated as I’ve noticed some hotels in London have this. Customer Service: Front desk staff was incredibly kind. We put in requests for cleaning service as well as extra water bottles each day (they were free). Dining: We unfortunately did not explore the first floor bar/restaurant, breakfast, or the restaurant on the top floor however they all looked very nice. Location: Great location. Immediately around the hotel, it didn’t look like there were any businesses or shops, however if you walked maybe 2-3 blocks, you would find something. About a 5 minute walk to the Southwark tube station. We also walked to the Waterloo station which wasn’t a far walk either. Bus stop right across the street from the hotel. We felt very safe walking around this area, even at night.

We stayed here for our wedding and we’ll be back! Rooms are gorgeous and very clean. They gave us a bottle of complimentary fizz in our room which was a lovely touch. Seabird restaurant is stunning and there’s amazing cocktails downstairs! Great hotel and atmosphere

Loved this hotel. Stayed for 7 nights over Christmas Holiday. Rooms were generous for European standards and the decor was rustic and cozy. Our favorite part was the lobby. It was so inviting and fun. The Albie restaurant on the main floor was wonderful (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and the two bars were both a joy to sit and drink in the evenings. We'll definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Decor, ambiance and feeling is great but lacks a bit of substance. Booked with an offer that said check in and out when you want but what they don't say is you need to give them 72hrs notice of your times. Thankfully agreed a 3pm check out but room key stopped working at 12 as no one had updated that. Again as part of the offer was a complementary breakfast bag. Wasn't made clear you had to hang the bag that was in your room outside. The bag that said breakfast £5 on it. Never thought this would be the bag as it was meant to be complementary. Quick drink in bar before heading out £29 for a pint of lager and gin and lemonade. £3 of that was service charge. For serving me a drink stood at the bar. I mean that's literally your job. So mixed feelings really. Nice place but niggles 😕
