November 2024A very handy location in the South Kensington area, and for elsewhere, you are a short walk to Gloucester Road tube station. Small shops and eating places in the loyalty

October 2024Fantastic hotel, superb location in Kensington for explorers. Nice room, we went for a twin. Great selection of tea/coffee facilities. Good TV with plenty of channels to view. No apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime to use enough. Few niggles like no extra pillows in the room but suspect you could request. No toilet brush. The bed was firm but a bit too firm for us but know beds are a very personal thing. Had a nice continental breakfast with boxed cereal, yogurts and a lovely selection of meats, cheese and pastries. Note: you can pay more for an English style breakfast but we went for the continental option. All in all a great stay for our exploration of London. Very friendly staff and great check in/check out. Hotel has meeting rooms, dining room where breakfast was served and a cosy bar area.

November 2024Decent hotel for the price. Good location for a few restaurants, shops and underground. Bed wasn’t comfy, scones are bad. Not a real 4 star hotel, staff don’t really care about service. But it’s worth what you pay for here

November 2024Great location, very nice room. The bed was a bit hard but only 1 night it was ok. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.
