This hotel was great. Stayed here for 5 nights in July on a trip from the US. It is located in a safe part of town with a restaurant attached as well as a Pizza Express directly next door. 5 minute walk to the underground tube station which was very convenient. Also a short walk from Kensington Palace. We stayed in the premium room. The room was not very large, but that is expected in London. The bathroom was small but nice and worked for us. Hot water was reliable. Our room had a king bed, couch, and desk with a chair. The couch and chair seemed unclean … enough that we placed a towel down before setting our suitcases down. The bed seemed clean and was comfortable. The weather while we were here was around 63-73 degrees Fahrenheit. The air con in our room worked though we didn’t need it much. We had a winding path to our room but this wasn’t a problem for us. Staff was lovely the entire time. When leaving (at 3 am for a very early flight) our driver to the airport did not show up and the employee at the desk, I did not catch his name, called us a taxi without us needing to ask. We were offered tea and coffee while we waited for our taxi which was lovely. Overall: I would recommend this hotel for the safe location near a tub station and friendly staff. The room was good, just be careful of the furniture

First : The breakfast array was very good. The location was very convenient to the tube. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was poor. The closest elevator to our room was out the whole stay we were there (4 days). We were on the 4th floor and it was very inconvenient. We did not have hot water for showers the whole time. We were told the “engineer” would fix but never happened. At 1:30 AM the first night, the fire alarm went off. Twice. Then again at 7AM. No explanation. Lastly, we rented an (upgraded King) room that was tiny and very much in need of refurbishing.

The worst hotel ever. I was given a different room than the one booked and was refused a change on the pretext that no other room was available. The hot water did not work. The reception staff were very, very bad. I was transferred to another room where the air conditioning did not work. Dirty towels. The worst experience I have ever had.

We made a reservation and prepaid for 9 nights in July 2024. Upon arrival we were given a room that was very small, had disgusting carpet (my feet literally stuck to the carpet), the tub drained VERY slowly and the air conditioning was minimal at best. I requested a cleaner room and was told they didn't have one that night but could accommodate us with a change the following night. We were moved to a second room and the air conditioner didn't work at all. It was 90+ degrees (fahrenheit) outside and the room felt like an oven. The manager on duty said there was nothing he could do but they would give us a free breakfast the following morning. I requested a refund for the remaining 7 nights and said we would not be staying in the hotel any longer because of unacceptable cleanliness and inadequate air conditioning. The hotel STILL refuses to give us a refund because they said it is a "prepaid reservation." I can assure you that I would have never made a prepaid reservation for a dirty hotel room with no air conditioning. I contacted the corporate office and they have refused to issue a refund. So, basically, Radisson Blu has stolen $3,580.80 from me and they seem to think this is fair. This is absolutely PATHETIC. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
