January 2025Great Location near Gloucester Underground station. Super accessible to the rest of London. Rooms are small but that's the norm in central London. Although they don't skimp on any amenities. Comfy beds, a Nespresso and the rest..... Helpful front reception helped fix my shower in no time. Will return back!

February 2025I'm currently staying at this amazing hotel in London for 12 nights, and I'm blown away by the exceptional service! When I encounter a minor issue with the room heater, the staff spring into action, fixing it promptly and even offering to upgrade me to a new room. I'm so grateful for their kindness and attention to detail. Special shoutout to David, who goes above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable! If you're planning a trip to London, I highly recommend this hotel - you won't regret it!

February 2025There was no hot water in our room. We moved to another room at 10 pm to find the room we were down graded to was smaller, a drain that was sluggish, and cigarette burn marks on the carpet. We were expected to pay the same price as the family room we originally booked and only £50 taken off for “confusion”. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Lunch was not great. We do not recommend.

February 2025This hotel is a real mess. The room i was given 429 first was not clean with stains on fresh linen. The table was sticky that you cannot put your hand on it. Showed the whole episode to the manager on duty. Had to ask for a room change 209. After checking out I found out that i have forgotten my travel charger in the room. Called them 11 times. The room service picked the phone and asked to ring back which i did and the lady picked phone and did not reply to me. I had even sent an email but no reply at all. How can a hotel be such careless ? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Only location is close to station, comfort and safety zero . adding video with stains . please return the charger hopefully Adding i was promised for 6 data they will return my call but never did, never email. plus i was told by staff that they are under staffed as the management is saving money and this is the reason for the mess in the hotel
