    Millennium Hotel – Perfect for Events and Conferences I recently attended an event hosted by the Property Institute at the Millennium Hotel, and it proved to be an excellent venue for such occasions. The hotel itself is impressive, with a grand entrance foyer that sets the tone for a professional and elegant experience. The conference facilities were equally commendable, offering spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated a variety of company stands and displays.     Have just enjoyed a 1 night stay with my 4 year old. All of the staff were so lovely and accommodating especially the lady on the desk (I have forgotten her name but it began with A!). The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

    The breakfast buffet is wonderful! There is a huge selection of food and beverage items, and the buffet is kept clean and well stocked. Our room is clean, the bed was comfortable, and we ordered room service which was great. We enjoyed the bedroom show and thick cozy robes as well. The hotel is a few steps away from a train station. All of the staff are fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

    Good Location, But Not the Step Up I've Expected The staff were efficient and helpful, though they generally came across as polite rather than warmly welcoming. When I reported issues, like noise from an adjoining room, the reception team was prompt in helping us, even moving us to a quieter room without question for the last night. Unfortunately, our first family room felt dated, especially the bathroom. We also had issues like a leaking toilet and an overall musty smell, which made it feel less clean than expected. This hotel does have perks for those looking for traditional service amenities like room service and a grand lobby. Still, we didn’t feel the premium over other area hotels was fully justified. Bar staff were fantastic—engaged and welcoming—and other teams, from the breakfast crew to the cleaning staff, were clearly well-managed and focused on guest care. It’s not a bad place to stay, especially if location and classic hotel services are priorities. However, for us, it’s probably a one-time choice at this price point. Pros - Great bar stuff and breakfast is just amazin Cons - Hotel needs refresh - Service charge in bar area even if you alone

    I’d firstly like to say that I paid a good amount of price to stay here overall the state was okay however the reason why I’m writing this main review is because how I felt at the bar while staying here. The bar manager /organiser ( lady) is very clueless of how to manage her team. Majority of the bar tender speak in their own language between then and make you feel as if though they are plotting on you. This makes you feel very uncomfortable and unsafe as as a young lady you are there to enjoy yourself in your stay in your own hotel.
