Fantastic ambiance in a great well run and managed hotel. The staff were attentive and experienced and went out of their way to help. The room was great and everything worked as it should. The room was cleaned properly, which many hotels fail to do these days, and the hotel restaurants were fantastic.

Was here for a day stay. The Euston Road is so busy and this place is like a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Once you leave the street, it is relaxing. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with Christmas decorations. The bedroom on the first floor was spacious and had a seating area and desk. The bathroom was well-appointed with a big shower area. The bed was super comfy.

I won't bury the lede - if you're thinking about this hotel as an option, go ahead and book it. Close to the main Underground stations. Walking distance from a ton of other stuff. The hotel amenities are great. Restaurant is great. Drinks are great. Local food is great. It's all great. My only problem is that I couldn't have stayed longer.

Smart hotel, friendly staff, well located. Room was a good size, modern and hotel clean and tidy with friendly staff. Useful gym which was open 24/7. Reasonably priced

Pro: Good central location Cons: No blow dryer in the room and no way to call down for help. None of the buttons on the phone worked besides the room service button. When I mentioned this at check out I was told that I should have come down to alert the front desk. There's also no mini bar and the rooms don't have bath tubs.
